Start Up or Shut down
(No tile roofs)
I’ll prepare your swamp cooler for Summer, or shut it down in fall.
$150 single story house
$250 two story house
AC, Furnace, or
Boiler Inspection
I’ll come out and check your system diagnostics and run a 16pt inspection to let you know if it’s running properly, may need repair, or has an underlying issue.(includes $99 service call fee)
$125 per system
$175 for furnace and AC combo
